随着生产的不断发展,在“工业学大庆”运动中,我厂广大职工组成了三结合队伍,大搞技术革新,先后对B20A、QB16型风扳机壳体的铸造进行了工艺改革。由砂模铸造改为铁模铸造。铸造风扳机壳体的材料是ZL11。过去用砂模铸造,铸件质量差,成品率低,常因涨箱致使铸件外形各部分尺寸不一,造型时占用生产场地大,砂模制成后需烘干才能使用。生产周期长,产量低,工人劳动强度大。改用铁模铸造可减少工序、节约工时、减轻劳动强度、不受生产场地限制,只要砂芯晾干,随时都能生产,铁模铸出的壳体无涨箱现象,便于用专用
