On November 8 this year, the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will be held. The recommendation and election of the representatives of the 16th CPC National Congress are vivid demonstrations and manifestations of the principle of democracy being centralized in the party fully popularized by the CPC. The representatives all voted by secret ballot and elected the 2120 delegates attending the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The party held 38 voting units including the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, the central state organs and the People’s Liberation Army Representatives or party representatives elected. 2120 delegates, shouldering the trust of more than 66 million party members, represent the aspiration of over 1.2 billion Chinese people and will conclude that the largest political party in the world is building China’s special
