由于非圆凸模和非圆凹模形状复杂,为了便于加工,在设计时均把非圆凸模和非圆凹模的内腔设计成直柱状,这为使用计算机进行自动设计提供了方便。如果使用计算机实现此类凸模和凹模的自动生成,并且结合CAM,不仅可减轻设计人员的劳动强度,而且可以大幅度提高模具的设计和加工效率及质量。文章介绍了在冲模CAD系统中,采用圆弧多边形化的方法,对非圆凸模和凹模形状进行处理,提出了一种根据俯视图自动生成主视图的方法。
Due to the complex shape of non-circular punch and non-circular die, in order to facilitate the processing, the non-circular punch and non-circular die cavity are designed into a straight column in the design, which is convenient for automatic design using a computer. If you use a computer to automatically generate such punch and die, and combined with CAM, not only to reduce the labor intensity of designers, but also can greatly improve the mold design and processing efficiency and quality. This paper introduces the method of using arc polygons to process noncircular punch and die shapes in die CAD system and proposes a method of automatically generating front view based on top view.
