为了探讨肥大细胞 (MC)在喉癌间质反应中的作用 ,用光镜、电镜技术研究了 45例喉鳞癌组织及癌旁组织中MC形态学特征及其与其他浸润细胞的关系。结果发现癌间质中MC呈活跃的脱颗粒状态 ,并与淋巴细胞、浆细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜酸粒细胞、成纤维细胞关系密切。癌旁组织中淋巴细胞浸润程度高的 ,MC数量多 (P <0 0 1) ;癌组织中有明显胶原纤维包裹的 ,MC数量多 (P <0 0 1)。结果提示 :喉癌间质中的MC与其他浸润细胞有协同作用 ,可能参与了宿主抗肿瘤免疫反应
To investigate the role of mast cells (MCs) in the interstitial reaction of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, the morphological characteristics of MC in 45 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its adjacent tissues were investigated by light microscopy and electron microscopy. The results showed that MC was active in cancerous stroma, and was closely related to lymphocytes, plasma cells, macrophages, eosinophils and fibroblasts. There was a high number of MCs in the paracancerous tissues with a high degree of lymphocytic infiltrates (P <0.01). There was a significant number of MCs in the cancerous tissues with a large number of MCs (P <0.01). The results suggest that MC in laryngeal carcinoma stroma has synergistic effect with other infiltrating cells and may be involved in host anti-tumor immune response
