目的探讨2型糖尿病不同发展阶段的影响因素。方法应用隐马尔可夫(Markov)模型分析2型糖尿病不同发展阶段影响因素。结果有12个因素进入模型,除职业因素外,体质指数、文化程度、月人均收入、吸烟、饮酒、主食、甜食、荤油(动物脂肪)、体力活动量和生活事件等11个因素,对第1阶段即糖耐量试验低减(IGT)→2型糖尿病(DM2)阶段的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);体质指数、吸烟、荤油(动物脂肪)、健康教育、体力活动量和生活事件等6个因素对2型糖尿病第2阶段即DM2→糖尿病并发症(CDM2)阶段的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论控制体重、降低脑力劳动紧张程度、合理分配家庭收入、控制饮酒、戒甜食、适当增加谷类等主食的摄入,可延缓糖尿病进程。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors in different stages of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Using Markov model to analyze the influencing factors in different stages of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results There were 12 factors in the model, except occupational factors, such as body mass index, educational level, monthly per capita income, smoking, drinking, staple food, sweets, meat oil (animal fat), physical activity and life events There was significant difference between the first stage of IGT and the second stage of DM2 (P <0.05); body mass index, smoking, meat fat (animal fat), health education, physical activity There were significant differences in the effects of 6 factors on DM2 → DMM stage 2 in type 2 diabetes mellitus (P <0.05). Conclusions The control of body weight, mental stress and mental stress, rational distribution of household income, alcohol consumption, prescribing sweets, appropriate increase of cereal intake can delay the progression of diabetes.
