分析了重整C+ 5 产品收率与产品辛烷值随反应条件的变化规律。提出将重整C+ 5 产品收率与产品辛烷值之积 (K)的极大值作为最优重整反应状态的目标值 ,给出了重整反应条件的优化方法。系统分析和研究了重整反应条件如重整反应温度、反应压力和催化剂装填比等对K的影响规律 ,为催化重整工艺的优化提供了一个理论依据。
The yield of reformate C + 5 and the change of octane number of product with the reaction conditions were analyzed. It is proposed that the maximum of the product of the reformed C + 5 product and the product octane number (K) be the target value of the optimum reforming reaction state, and the optimization method of the reforming reaction condition is given. The effects of reforming reaction conditions such as reforming reaction temperature, reaction pressure and catalyst loading ratio on K were systematically analyzed and studied, which provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of catalytic reforming process.
