随着教学研究重点从教学方法和教师课堂行为研究向教师思维研究的转移,语言教师关于教学中诸因素的信念成了研究者们关注的焦点。虽然教师信念深藏于教师内心,一般难以言表,但只要选择恰当的方法,精心设计,对信念的研究是可行的。本文对国内外英语语言教师信念研究的方法进行述评,并提出改进建议,以使我们在今后的研究中科学地获得更准确的研究数据。
With the focus of teaching research on the transfer of teaching methods and teachers’ classroom behavior research to teacher’s thinking research, language teachers’ beliefs on various factors in teaching have become the focus of researchers. Although teachers’ beliefs are deeply hidden in the teacher’s heart, they are generally difficult to express. However, as long as the appropriate method is selected and carefully designed, the study of beliefs is feasible. This article reviews the methods of research on the beliefs of English language teachers at home and abroad, and puts forward suggestions for improvement so that we can obtain scientifically more accurate research data in future research.
