随着球型容器建造的大型化及向高精度、高质量的方向发展,球壳板的冷压成型正在被愈来愈广泛的应用。冷压成型与热压成型相比有着许多较明显的优点:可以大大简化工艺,改善劳动条件,可以使球瓣尺寸大型化而不受加热炉等条件的限制,可以提高球瓣的加工精度,尤其是使用正火板及调质板时不存在因钢板加热而使其力学性能改变的问题。但冷压成型时因塑性变形引起的冷作时效,会随着材质、加工方法、冷变形量等的不同而有程度上的差异。本文从生产实际出发,对不同的拉伸冷变形、压缩冷变形及球壳冷成型对15 MnVNR 及15MnVR 正火钢板力学性能的影响及该两种钢板的应变时效性能进行了较为系统的分析,并对鲍辛格效应的影响以及冷变形对冲击断口宏观和微观形貌的影响等作了初步探讨。
With the large-scale dome-type container construction and to high-precision, high-quality direction, the ball shell plate cold forming is being more and more widely used. Compared with hot press forming, cold forming has many obvious advantages: it can greatly simplify the process and improve the working conditions, which can make the size of the ball valve larger without being limited by the conditions of the heating furnace, etc., which can improve the processing precision of the ball valve, In particular, there is no problem of the mechanical properties changing due to the heating of the steel plate when the normalizing plate and the quenched and tempered plate are used. However, cold forming due to plastic deformation caused by cold aging, with the material, processing methods, such as the amount of cold deformation and extent of the difference. In this paper, the influence of different tensile cold deformation, compression cold deformation and shell cold forming on the mechanical properties of 15 MnVNR and 15MnVR normalized steel and the strain aging properties of the two kinds of steel were systematically analyzed from the actual production. The influence of the Bauschinger effect and the influence of cold deformation on the macro and micro-morphology of the impact fracture were also discussed.
