目的建立畲药地稔药材中没食子酸和槲皮素的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent-SBC18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇(A)-0.4%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱0~7 min,5%A;7~9 min,5%~35%A;9~11 min,35%~55%A;体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃;检测波长254 nm。结果没食子酸和槲皮素的线性范围分别为0.081 4~0.326 0μg(r=0.999 8),0.027 1~0.136 0μg(r=0.999 6);平均加样回收率分别为97.72%(RSD=0.90%),99.75%(RSD=1.39%)。结论该方法简便易行、准确、重现性好,可用于畲药地稔药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of gallic acid and quercetin in the medicinal materials of Shediodan. The method was performed on a Agilent-SBC18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column using a mobile phase of methanol (A) -0.4% phosphoric acid (B) with a gradient elution time of 0-7 min and a resolution of 5 % A; 7 to 9 min, 5% to 35% A; 9 to 11 min, 35% to 55% A; volumetric flow rate 1.0 mL / min; Results The linear range of the contents of gallic acid and quercetin was 0.081 4 ~ 0.326 0 μg (r = 0.999 8) and 0.027 1 ~ 0.136 0 μg (r = 0.999 6), respectively. The average recoveries were 97.72% (RSD = 0.90% ), 99.75% (RSD = 1.39%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of medicinal materials.
