后进生是指那些在学习成绩和思想品德两方面均暂时落后的学生。他们在班上虽然人数不多,却是班上的消极因素,若没有做好转化工作,就会影响整个班级的班风。
Post-graduation refers to those who are temporarily behind in academic performance and ideological and morality. Although they are small in class, they are negative factors in the class. Failure to do so will affect the whole class’s class work.
