在种子发育过程中,麦后移栽棉的种仁干重前期积累慢,后期积累快,达到最大量的峰值高于麦行套栽棉,并主要与植株体内营养分配有关。将棉铃发育过程中种仁脂肪含量与铃龄之间的关系进行多项式拟合,两处理均呈二次曲线关系。脂肪含量达到最大值的铃龄在45天。不同时期形成的棉铃种仁中蛋白质、脂肪含量以及脂肪酸组成高度依赖于生产环境,受不同种植方式的影响较小。不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸的比值(u/s),以晚秋桃最高,其次力早秋桃,伏桃和伏前桃。
