1983—1985年,我们根据农牧渔业部下达的研究项目和辽宁省政府下达的农业现代化综合科学实验其地县建设任务的要求,组织了农学、农机、土肥、农业气象、植保等9个专业10多名高、中、初级科研人员在阜新县他本乡沙扎兰村建立起科学实验基点。在基点上常年进行土壤水分变化规律和土壤风蚀变化规律的定位观测和分析研究,并结合当地实际开展了35项田间试验。3年来共取得20万个科学数据,为提出农业生产综合增产技术六项改革奠定了理论基础。
