省水利厅于1993年3月12～13日召开了厅系统职改工作会议。国家人事部石奇峰处长、省职改办马沛公处长应邀参加了会议并讲了话。会议由毛光启总工主持,任三成副厅长作了题为《解放思想、坚持标准,使我厅职改工作逐步走向经常化、规范化、制度化》的工作报告;魏成寿副厅长作了《1992年全省工程系列(水利类)不具备规定学历人员考试情况的总结》报告;厅职改办赵琪军主任传达了 The Provincial Department of Water Resources held a meeting on the reform of the hall system between 12 and 13 March 1993.
