目的观察海参花醇提物对卵巢早衰(POF)小鼠生殖系统的影响作用。方法 3月龄雌性昆明小鼠60只,随机分为6组,除空白组每天注射生理盐水外,其余各组连续5d腹腔注射环磷酰胺(28mg·kg-1·d-1),造成小鼠卵巢早衰、生殖系统紊乱。放免法检测血清雌二醇含量(E2)、孕酮(P)含量,比较各组小鼠间子宫、卵巢、脾、胸腺等脏器重量,并进行小鼠卵巢、子宫组织形态学观察。结果连续用药4周后,与模型组相比,海参花醇提物各剂量组均能显著增加小鼠的子宫、卵巢、胸腺等脏器重量(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著提高E2、P含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),增加子宫内膜平均厚度(P<0.01),改善卵巢形态。结论海参花醇提物可增加子宫内膜厚度,对卵巢早衰发挥防治作用,对雌性小鼠生殖系统有促进作用。
Objective To observe the effects of alcohol extract of sea cucumber on the reproductive system of premature ovarian failure (POF) mice. Methods Sixty female Kunming mice, aged 3 months, were randomly divided into 6 groups. The rats in the blank group were injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide (28 mg · kg -1 · d -1) Premature ovarian failure, reproductive system disorders. Serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) contents were determined by radioimmunoassay. The weight of uterus, ovary, spleen, thymus and other organs in each group were compared. Morphology of ovary and uterus were observed. Results Compared with the model group, each dose of the sea cucumber ethanol extract significantly increased the weights of the uterus, ovary and thymus (P <0.05, P <0.01) and significantly increased the E2 , P content (P <0.05, P <0.01), increase the average thickness of the endometrium (P <0.01), and improve the ovarian morphology. Conclusion Alcohol extract of sea cucumber can increase the thickness of endometrium, play a preventive and therapeutic role in premature ovarian failure and promote the reproductive system of female mice.
