受附加相移的影响 ,大功率 CO2 混合模激光束聚焦后将呈现不同的强度分布 ,这大大影响到激光束的焊接过程。本文所研究的 CO2 混合模激光束的模式含量 TEM0 0 模约为 2 0 % ,TEM0 2 模约为 80 %。这种激光束在不同加工位置的聚焦光束的横截面强度分布将呈现“凹”形和“凸”形 ,这两种横截面强度分布的光束对焊接过程的小孔形成 ,熔池流动和焊缝成型的影响是不相同的。实验研究表明 ,“凸”形比“凹”形焊接质量好 ;“凹”形光束的凹陷深度越小 ,焊接质量越好。
Affected by the additional phase shift, the high-power CO2 mixed-mode laser beam will exhibit different intensity distribution after focusing, which greatly affects the laser beam welding process. The model content of CO2 mixed laser beam studied in this paper is about 20% for TEM0 0 and about 80% for TEM0 2. The cross-sectional intensity distribution of the focused beam of the laser beam at different processing positions will exhibit a “concave” and a “convex” shape, with the beam of these two cross-sectional intensity distributions forming small holes in the welding process, The effect of stitching is not the same. Experimental results show that the “convex” shape is better than the “concave” shape. The smaller the concave depth of the “concave” beam, the better the welding quality.
