目的探讨外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的致病菌种及其在体外对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法采用科玛嘉真菌培养鉴定和ATBFUNCUS药敏试剂盒对310例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者临床标本进行菌种分析和药敏试验。结果 310例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的致病菌主要为白假丝酵母菌265例,占85.48%,非白假丝酵母菌45例,其中热带假丝酵母菌32例,占10.32%,光滑假丝酵母菌9例,占2.9%,克柔假丝酵母菌4例,占11.30%。4种抗真菌药物的敏感性为两性霉素B(100%)、5-氟胞嘧啶(99.03%)、氟康唑(86.45%)、伊曲康唑(79.68%)。结论外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的主要致病菌为白假丝酵母菌。不同菌种对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性存在差异,应根据药敏结果选择合理的抗真菌药物。
Objective To investigate the pathogens of vulvovaginal candidiasis and its sensitivity to common antifungal drugs in vitro. Methods The clinical samples of 310 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis were analyzed for bacteria culture and drug susceptibility test using Komaga fungal culture identification and ATBFUNCUS drug sensitivity kit. Results The main pathogenic bacteria of 310 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis were Candida albicans (265 cases), accounting for 85.48%, non-Candida albicans (45 cases), Candida tropicalis (32 cases), accounting for 10.32% Candida glabrata in 9 cases, accounting for 2.9%, 4 Candida korshina, accounting for 11.30%. Four antifungal agents were amphotericin B (100%), 5-fluorocytosine (99.03%), fluconazole (86.45%) and itraconazole (79.68%). Conclusion The main pathogen of vulvovaginal candidiasis is Candida albicans. Different strains of commonly used anti-fungal drug sensitivity differences exist, should be based on drug susceptibility results to choose a reasonable antifungal drug.
