使用内燃机动力学模拟软件GT-CRANK对铁路机车16V240ZJ型柴油机进行动力学建模。并针对活塞的参数变化,对比分析柴油机曲柄连杆机构动力学性能的变化情况,确定影响规律,为柴油机的改进设计提供依据。
The dynamic modeling of the diesel locomotive 16V240ZJ diesel engine is carried out by GT-CRANK, an internal combustion engine dynamics simulation software. According to the variation of the piston parameters, the change of dynamic performance of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism of diesel engine is comparatively analyzed to determine the influence law and provide the basis for the improved design of the diesel engine.
