本文基于国际传媒集团2015年前后发布的财务数据,分析了新闻集团、21世纪福克斯、维亚康姆、时代华纳、迪士尼、BBC和CBS等七家传媒集团的投资战略变化、经营业绩动态以及各业务板块的发展趋势。研究发现,传统业务结构重组和探索新兴数字化业务是传媒集团转型变革的主要举措;但能保证其业绩稳定的支柱性业务仍在电视网和影视内容生产领域,集团业务结构和投资重心向影视领域回归。各传媒集团传统出版业务明显下滑,电子图书业务增长迅速;电视网业务是各集团的主要收入和利润来源,收视费增长高于广告增长;其他新兴数字化业务仍处于投入阶段、实际收效并不明显。
Based on the financial data released by International Media Group around 2015, this article analyzes the changes in investment strategies of News Corporation, the 21st Century Fox, Viacom, Time Warner, Disney, BBC and CBS, as well as the operating performance of each of the seven media groups Business sector trends. The study found that the reorganization of the traditional business structure and the exploration of emerging digital businesses are the major measures for the transformation and transformation of the media group. However, the pillar businesses that can ensure their stable performance are still in the production of television networks and video content. The Group’s business structure and investment focus are shifting to film and television return. The traditional publishing business of various media groups witnessed a marked decline and the e-book business grew rapidly. The television network business was the major source of revenue and profit for each group, and the growth of subscription fees was higher than that of advertisements. Other emerging digital businesses were still in the investment stage and the actual results were not obvious .
