目的:浅议在急诊科护理中实施人性化管理的方法及效果。方法:自2013年1月起对温州医科大学附属第二医院急诊创伤科护理人员落实“以人为本”的人性化管理办法。结果:实施人性化管理,能营造轻松和谐的工作环境,有利于激发人员工作热情与主动服务意识,降低护理差错率、护理纠纷率,提高科室的整体护理质量。结论:科室应该加强护理管理,通过建立以人为本理念、建立良性激励机制、营造人性化工作环境以及落实人性化排班等方式,能够有利于患者疾病康复,对树立急诊科良好口碑也大有益处。
Objective: To discuss the method and effect of humanized management in emergency department nursing. Methods: From January 2013 onwards, the emergency department traumatology staff in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University implemented the “people-oriented” humane management approach. Results: The implementation of humane management can create a relaxed and harmonious working environment, is conducive to inspire staff enthusiasm and initiative to serve awareness, reduce the nursing error rate, nursing dispute rate, improve the overall quality of departmental care. Conclusion: Departments should strengthen nursing management. By establishing a people-centered philosophy, establishing a benign incentive mechanism, creating a humanized working environment and implementing humanized shift management, the department can be beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients and also have a good effect on establishing a good reputation in emergency department.
