常州市是我国光伏产业发展较早的城市之一,在光伏产业集群、产品特色、人才集聚等方面业已形成优势。要想保持光伏产业的可持续发展,必须重视人才问题。本文搜集、整理2012—2014年常州市光伏产业5家上市公司的人才数据,运用灰色系统预测模型,采用GTMS3.0、SPSS 21、EXCEL(2013)等软件进行数据处理,对未来5年常州市光伏产业人才的需求进行预测,以期为常州市未来光伏产业人才的培养和人才的开发决策提供参考。
Changzhou is one of the cities with an earlier development of photovoltaic industry in China, and has formed advantages in photovoltaic industry clusters, product features and personnel gathering. In order to maintain the sustainable development of photovoltaic industry, we must attach importance to the issue of personnel. This paper collects and organizes the talent data of 5 listed companies of photovoltaic industry in Changzhou from 2012 to 2014. By using the gray system prediction model and the software of GTMS3.0, SPSS21, EXCEL (2013) and other data processing, PV industry demand for talent forecast, with a view to Changzhou future photovoltaic industry personnel training and talent development and decision-making provide a reference.
