采用有限元分析方法,建立不同波纹尺寸H型钢梁柱刚性连接节点域有限元模型。通过计算对比,分析梁波纹尺寸不同时,节点域的屈曲特征值、破坏形态、最大变形和Von Mises应力值的差异,并根据Von Mises应力得出节点域的危险区域。分析结果表明,波纹尺寸较小的波纹腹板H型钢梁柱刚性连接节点域整体上具有承载力略高、最大变形较小和Von Mises应力较小的优势,对波纹腹板梁在多高层框架中的应用有一定的参考价值。
Finite element analysis method is used to establish the finite element model of rigid connection node of H-beam beam with different corrugation size. Through the comparison and analysis, the difference of the buckling eigenvalues, the failure modes, the maximum deformation and the Von Mises stress of the nodes is analyzed when the corrugations are different in size. The dangerous region of the node domain is obtained according to the Von Mises stress. The analysis results show that the rigid connection nodes of corrugated webs with corrugated webs have the advantages of slightly higher bearing capacity, smaller maximum deformation and smaller Von Mises stress. The framework of the application of a certain reference value.
