目前我国妇幼保健的服务水平及管理能力与保健需求之间存在着很大的差距,特别是在农村,从事妇幼保健工作的人员素质较差,能力偏低,明显不适应当前保健工作的需要。我市也同样存在此种情况。如何提高这部分人员的业务素质,做好广大农村妇女,儿童的系列保健服务是我们的当务之急。近年来,我们在如何做好乡、村级妇幼保健人员的培训工作上,进行了偿试和探索。针对当前存在的经费不足,人员又急需培训和提高的问题,采取了卫生行政部门下
