采用微波消解技术处理苜蓿样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定22种微量无机元素的含量。试验结果表明:苜蓿中含有种类丰富的生命元素,其中K、Ca、P、Fe、S、Mg、Zn、Na的含量较高,Al、Si、Sr、B、Mn、Ti、Cu、V、Cr、Pb、Ba、As、Ga、及Cd的含量也不容忽视。该方法的检出限为0.001~2.405μg/mL,RSD为0.66%~8.85%(n=9),平均加标回收率为91.90%~105.36%(n=3)。该方法精密度高、重现性好,完全满足苜蓿中多种生命元素的测定的要求。
Alfalfa samples were treated with microwave digestion technique, and the contents of 22 trace inorganic elements were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results showed that Medicago sativa contains a large variety of life elements, including K, Ca, P, Fe, S, Mg, Zn and Na, The contents of Cr, Pb, Ba, As, Ga, and Cd also should not be neglected. The limit of detection of this method was 0.001-2.405μg / mL with RSD of 0.66% -8.85% (n = 9). The average recovery was 91.90% -105.36% (n = 3). The method has the advantages of high precision and good reproducibility, and fully meets the requirements for the determination of various life elements in alfalfa.
