随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国劳动关系呈现一些新变化新特征,但这没有改变我国工人阶级和所有劳动者国家和社会主人的地位,没有改变我国劳动关系的基本性质。我国劳动者在不同性质、不同规模和不同发展水平的企业及其他经济组织中劳动和工作,处在不同的具体劳动关系中,他们与用人单位之间会产生具体利益上的矛盾,但这种矛盾是根本利益一致基础上的矛盾,能够通过合作、协商、依法调处得到解决。
