由国务院常务会议讨论通过的《工伤保险条例》(以下简称“国务院条例”),已经于2004年1月1日起开始施行。此前,《广东省社会工伤保险条例》(以下简称“广东省条例”)先走一步,已经于1998年11月1日付诸实施。可能是为了使地方法规与国务院法规更加一致,并且落实国务院授权地方制定具体办法,据媒体报道,广东省条例的修改,已经提上省府和省人大的议事日程。
The Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations of the State Council”) discussed and approved by the State Council executive meeting have come into effect on January 1, 2004.
