The authors looked at 41 patients with acute leukemia, of whom 27 were at the initial stage of initial disease, 8 were at the initial clinical hematological remission stage, and 6 were the first relapse. Normal materials were taken from 14 healthy college students. The bone marrow smears were used to calculate the morphology and classification of megakaryocytes according to the number of 100 bone marrow nucleated cells. The contents of RNA, DNA, glycogen, lipid and peroxidase were determined and the platelet classification was determined.
