利用程序升温试验装置对新鲜煤样进行热解实验,测定了在不同温度下O2,CO,CO2及其他碳氢化合物的浓度,分析了气体浓度随温度的变化特性。讨论了预测、预报煤炭自燃发火的指标气体,得出了以CO作为核心指标气体,C2H4和C2H4/C2H6比值作为辅助指标气体的结论。以研究结果为依据,应用热电偶测温探头对7312-2采空区煤温进行实时监测并取得了很好的预测效果,可以比较准确地反映采空区煤炭自燃趋势。研究结果对提高煤炭早期自燃预测、预报的准确度和防止矿井火灾有重要指导意义。
Pyrolysis experiments of fresh coal samples were carried out by using a programmed temperature test apparatus. The concentrations of O2, CO, CO2 and other hydrocarbons at different temperatures were measured. The gas concentration was analyzed with temperature. This paper discussed the prediction and prediction of the index gas of spontaneous combustion of coal, and concluded that CO as the core index gas, C2H4 and C2H4 / C2H6 ratio as the auxiliary indicator gas. Based on the research results, the temperature of coal in 7312-2 goaf was monitored by thermocouple temperature probe in real time and a good prediction result was obtained, which can reflect the tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf more accurately. The results of the study have important guiding significance for improving the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion and forecasting accuracy and preventing mine fires.
