江苏省农科院植保所研究人员近期采用菌丝生长速率法测定了4种常用杀菌剂对36株番茄枯萎病菌的毒力。结果表明,不同杀菌剂对番茄枯萎病菌的毒力水平有显著差异,25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂和50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂对菌落生长的抑制毒力最强,平均EC50分别为1.65μg/m L和2.91μg/m L;3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂的毒力次之,平均EC50为12.56μg/m L;75%百菌清可湿性粉剂的毒力最小,平均EC50为55.14μg/m L。不同地区的番茄枯萎病
Researchers at the Institute of Plant Protection of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences recently measured the virulence of four commonly used fungicides against 36 tomato Fusarium oxysporum f. The results showed that there were significant differences in the virulence of different fungicides against Fusarium oxysporum fumigatus. The 25% thiabendazole and 50% carbendazim WP had the strongest virulence to colony growth with EC50 values of 1.65 μg / m L and 2.91 μg / m L, respectively. The toxicity of 3% cyclophosphamide wettable powder was the second, with the average EC50 of 12.56μg / m L.
