加强高校工程专业学生的交流能力培养是适应经济全球化发展和技术创新的需要。美国高校在培养体系建设和具体实践中积累了的若干成功经验,即多层面的重视和政策支持、大学期间多学年持续性培养、书面和口头交流能力并重、考核方式和教学反馈规范细致,培养环境和要求贴近于工程现场等。结合目前我国高校工程教育发展形势,本研究在加强工程专业大学生技术交流能力培养的建设规划和实施方法上给出了相应的建议。
It is necessary to strengthen the exchange ability of engineering students in colleges and universities to adapt to the economic globalization and technological innovation. The successful experiences accumulated in the training system construction and practice in American universities include the multi-level attention and policy support, the continuous cultivation of multi-year academic achievements during college, the equal ability of writing and oral communication, the meticulous examination and teaching feedback, and the cultivation of Environment and requirements close to the project site. Combined with the current situation of engineering education in higher education in our country, this study gives some suggestions on how to strengthen the construction planning and implementation methods of technical communication ability of engineering majors.
