结合采用锚链定位的半潜式钻井平台,对南海半潜式平台的环境力进行了分析和研究。在有内波流的海域作业确定平台艏向时,考虑内波作用对于平台定位的影响是十分重要的一点。通过实例计算和分析,得出确定平台艏向的原则就是要使得平台受到环境力最小的明确结论。应将内波来袭的方向确定为平台的艏向,以最大限度地减少平台承受的海流力,保障定位的稳定和作业的安全。建议对于在南海有内波海域的作业,进一步制定合理的标准和规范,尽量避免由于内波导致的平台漂移,确保深水钻井作业安全。
Combined with the semi-submersible drilling platform with anchor chain positioning, the environmental forces of the semi-submersible platform in the South China Sea are analyzed and studied. It is very important to consider the effect of internal waves on the positioning of the platform when determining the orientation of the platform in waves with sea waves. Through the calculation and analysis of examples, it is concluded that the principle of determining the direction of the platform is to make the platform be clearly defined with the minimum environmental impact. The direction of the incoming wave should be determined as the direction of the platform to minimize the sea-flow force on the platform and to ensure the stability of the location and the safety of work. It is suggested that reasonable standards and norms should be further formulated for home-wave operations in the South China Sea so as to avoid platform drift caused by internal waves and ensure the safety of deep-water drilling operations.
