研究了铜粉和镍粉反应形成单相Cu Ni固溶体组织的过程和机理及其结构特征。研究发现 ,在反应过程中 ,只有镍粉颗粒扩散进入铜粉颗粒 ,在原铜粉颗粒内部反应形成单相α固溶体组织。铜和镍混合粉在 10 0kN预压、30 0kN温压 ,80 0℃烧结、保温 15h工艺条件下反应 ,全部形成了单相Cu Ni固溶体组织。当不同比例的铜粉和镍粉反应形成连续固溶体时 ,固溶体的点阵常数与成分近似成直线关系
The process and mechanism of the reaction between copper powder and nickel powder to form single phase Cu Ni solid solution and the structural characteristics were studied. It is found that during the reaction, only nickel powder particles diffuse into the copper powder particles and react within the original copper powder particles to form single-phase α solid solution. Copper and nickel mixed powders were pretreated at 10 0 kN, temperature and pressure of 30 0 kN, sintered at 80 0 ℃ for 15 h, and all formed single-phase Cu Ni solid solution microstructure. When different proportions of copper powder and nickel powder react to form a continuous solid solution, the lattice constant of the solid solution is approximately linear with the composition
