目的探讨高脂饮食及氨氯地平、辛伐他汀对兔肝脏高密度脂蛋白受体的影响。方法日本长耳兔50只随机分为对照组、模型组、氨氯地平组、辛伐他汀组、联合用药组,各10只。分别给予普通饲料及高脂饲料并加用药物。于实验开始、24周末测血脂水平,测定肝脏高密度脂蛋白受体(HDLR)的表达。结果模型组兔血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。氨氯地平组TC、TG、LDL-C高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。辛伐他汀组TC、TG、LDL-C降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,较模型组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合用药组TC、LDL-C、TG降低,HDL-C升高,较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),较模型组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氨氯地平不影响血脂水平,增加肝脏HDLR表达;辛伐他汀可明显调节血脂,增加肝脏HDLR表达;辛伐他汀、氨氯地平联合应用较单药更明显增加肝脏HDLR表达。庞栋李晓燕王辉【摘要】目的探讨高本长耳兔50只随机分为对
Objective To investigate the effects of high fat diet, amlodipine and simvastatin on high density lipoprotein receptor in rabbit liver. Methods 50 Japanese long-eared rabbits were randomly divided into control group, model group, amlodipine group, simvastatin group and combination group. Were given ordinary feed and high-fat feed and add drugs. At the beginning of the experiment, blood lipid levels were measured at 24 weeks, and the expression of hepatic HDLR was measured. Results The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in amlodipine group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in simvastatin group were significantly higher than those in model group (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, TC, LDL-C, TG and HDL-C in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Amlodipine does not affect the level of blood lipids and increase the expression of HDLR in the liver. Simvastatin can significantly regulate blood lipids and increase the expression of HDLR in the liver. Combination of simvastatin and amlodipine can significantly increase the expression of HDLR in the liver.
