自八十年代以来,我国医院以外的急救事业进入了一个新的发展阶段。赢得抢救时间,建立有效、迅速的联系方法,是使危重病人得到及时救治的关键一环。在北京市急救站开展以院外急救中心项目研究取得成功的基础上,我国各大城市都相继建立了急救中心和城市效区急救网。为了加强同急救中心的联系,缩短等候时间,邮电部、卫生部正式确定把‘120’作为全国统一的医疗呼救电
Since the 1980s, the first aid service outside our hospital has entered a new stage of development. Winning the rescue time and establishing an effective and rapid contact method are the key steps for timely treatment of critically ill patients. Following the success of the Beijing First Aid Station to carry out research on the hospital emergency center project, major cities in China have successively established first-aid centers and emergency stations for urban effect areas. In order to strengthen the contact with the emergency center and shorten the waiting time, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Health formally established ‘120’ as a unified national medical emergency call.
