机头传动装置是带式输送机的主要传动部件和动力来源,由于其稳定性、抗拉性直接关系到煤矿的正常生产,因而机头传动装置的合理改进,一直是各个煤矿和带式输送机制造厂家普遍重视的问题。本文通过对输送机机头原设计方案的研究和对井下带式输送机工作环境的分析,发现机头传动装置原设计方案存在的缺陷和不足,并提出了合理的解决方案,优化了设计。
Head gear is the main transmission components and power source belt conveyor, because of its stability, tensile strength directly related to the normal production of coal mines, and therefore the reasonable improvement of the nose gear, has been all coal and belt conveyor Machine manufacturers generally attach importance to the problem. In this paper, through the research on the original design of the conveyor head and the analysis of the working environment of the belt conveyor, we find the defects and deficiencies of the original design of the head gear and put forward a reasonable solution to optimize the design.
