在辽沈大地、渤海之滨,每当人们透过百里稻浪、千年苇海,看到辽河油田日新月异的油城风貌、鳞次栉比的井架钻机、四通八达的油气管网时,都会叹服于她的壮观秀美,此时人们就会想起辽河油田的设计师——中油辽河工程有限公司。1974年9月,经过辽河石油勘探局批准,以黄一站施工图设计小组的10名工程技术人员为基础,油田建设规划设计院正式成立,由此掀开了公司发展的序幕。

In September 1974, after the approval of Liaohe Oil Exploration Bureau, based on the 10 engineers and technicians of the construction site design team of Yellow Station, the Oilfield Construction Planning and Design Institute was formally established, thus opening the prelude to the company’s development.
