目的研究胃肠肿瘤患者围手术期肠内营养支持的效果。方法将50例胃肠道肿瘤患者随机分成2组,实验组给予肠内营养支持,对照组给予常规肠外营养治疗。手术前及手术后第3天和第8天测定TNF-α、NK细胞活性及IgG,并对实验组进行肠内营养支持的护理。结果手术前2组无显著性差异,TNF-α术后第3天实验组低于对照组,术后第8天NK细胞活性及IgG高于对照组。通过对实验组加强肠内营养支持护理,无1例并发症发生。结论围手术期肠内营养支持能够提高患者的免疫功能,减少术后的应激反应,是一种安全有效的提供营养的方法。
Objective To study the effect of perioperative enteral nutrition support in gastrointestinal cancer patients. Methods 50 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group was given enteral nutrition support and the control group was given conventional parenteral nutrition therapy. TNF-α, NK cell activity and IgG were measured before surgery and on the 3rd and 8th day after surgery, and the enteral nutrition support was also provided to the experimental group. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation. TNF-α was lower in the experimental group than in the control group on the third day after operation. NK cell activity and IgG were higher on the 8th day after operation than in the control group. Through the strengthening of enteral nutrition support in the experimental group, no complication occurred. Conclusions Perioperative enteral nutrition support can improve the patient’s immune function and reduce postoperative stress response. It is a safe and effective way to provide nutrition.
