因组织分化不同,胃的平滑肌肿瘤分为平滑肌瘤、成平滑肌细胞瘤及平滑肌肉瘤。我们从历年的胃手术病例中,收集到10例,经病理证实为胃平滑肌瘤6例,胃平滑肌肉瘤4例。由于我们对此类肿瘤的病理类型及X线表现认识不足,术前 X 线诊断多数不确切,甚至误诊。为了总结经验教训,供同道参考,我们仅对临床和 X 线资料较完整的10例胃平滑肌肿瘤进行分析,以提高术前 X 线诊断的符合率。
Due to different tissue differentiation, the smooth muscle tumors of the stomach were divided into leiomyoma, smooth muscle cell tumor and leiomyosarcoma. We collected 10 cases of gastrectomy from past years, and 6 cases of gastric leiomyoma and 4 cases of gastric leiomyosarcoma were confirmed by pathology. Due to the lack of understanding of the pathological types and X-ray findings of these types of tumors, the majority of preoperative X-ray diagnoses are inaccurate or even misdiagnosed. In order to sum up experience and lessons for reference, we only analyzed 10 cases of gastric smooth muscle tumors with complete clinical and X-ray data to improve the preoperative X-ray diagnosis.
