从三明会议到沙市会议,群众性精神文明建设活动经历了六年在曲折中前进的过程。“临冷风方向不变,处低潮活动不断”,历史已经对那个时期的群众活动作了应有的评价。从去年底沙市会议到这次研讨会不过一年时间,我们的活动正取得新的进展。我概括为三句话供同志们参考,这就是:领导重视,工作上日程;狠抓规范,治理上轨道;突出教育,活动上水平。现在,势头不错,需要因势利导,乘势而 From the Sanming Conference to the Shashi Conference, mass spiritual civilization construction activities have undergone a six-year process of twisting. “When the direction of the cold wind is unchanged, the ebb and flow remain constant”.
