肾脏是人体非常重要的组织器官。中医认为,肾为先天之本,主骨骼、主一身之精气、主生殖发育等,并开窍于耳。现代医学认为,肾是人体重要的排泄、代谢器官,对药物在人体的代谢起重要作用[1]。然而,当肾脏发生病变,或者肾功能不全时,药物在人体的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄,以及机体对药物的敏感性都可能发生变化。
The kidneys are very important tissues and organs of the human body. Chinese medicine believes that the kidney is the natural, the main skeleton, the main one of the essence of gas, the main reproductive development, and resuscitation in the ear. Modern medicine believes that the kidney is an important excretion of human body, metabolic organs, plays an important role in the metabolism of drugs in the body [1].
