据透明售房网成交数据显示,本期钱江新城板块无论是住宅市场还是商业地产方面,成交量都出现了下滑。住宅方面,58套的总销量环比上期的114套缩减了49%。从具体成交楼盘看,本期水岸枫庭延续了上期的稳定势头,35套的成交量环比上期基本持平,且继续领跑板块。此外,晓庐、万象城悦府、蓝色钱江等楼盘虽有成交,但都仅为个位数。商业地产方面,钱江国际商务中心表现尚佳,以40套的总量位列区域商业地产排行榜冠军。
