在湿式多片制动器设计中,摩擦材料的性能受使用条件的影响。冷却方式、表面压力、相对转速和制动扭矩是选择摩擦材料时需要考虑的重要因素。烧结金属摩擦材料适用于低速-大扭矩,采用集油自流冷却的湿式制动器;弹性有机材料则在高速-小扭矩而且有循环机油冷却的制动器中工作状况良好。
In wet multi-disc brake designs, the performance of the friction material is affected by the conditions of use. Cooling, surface pressure, relative speed and braking torque are important factors to consider when choosing a friction material. Sintered metal friction materials are suitable for low speed - high torque, wet-on-oil wet-type brakes; flexible organic materials work well in high-speed, low torque, and circulated oil-cooled brakes.
