对稀土元素铽与诺氟沙星配合物的荧光特性进行了研究 ,建立了高灵敏度测定诺氟沙星制剂的分析方法 ,其荧光光谱的激发波长 λex=330 nm,发射波长 λem=5 45 nm。诺氟沙星浓度 C在 0 .0 1~ 1μg/m l范围内与荧光强度 F呈良好的线性关系 ,标准曲线的回归方程为 F=381C- 1.32 ,r=0 .9997,平均回收率为 99.92 % ,RSD为 1.5 %
The fluorescence characteristics of rare earth element terbium with norfloxacin were studied, and the analytical method for the determination of norfloxacin with high sensitivity was established. The fluorescence excitation wavelength λex = 330 nm and the emission wavelength λem = 5 45 nm . The concentration of norfloxacin in the range of 0.01 ~ 1μg / ml with a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity F, the standard curve of the regression equation was F = 381C-1.32, r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 99.92 %, RSD 1.5%
