新GMP的颁布对药厂的生产加工环境提出了更高的要求,其中净化空调系统的使用在防止交叉污染和药品污染方面起到了重要的作用。同时,净化空调系统的使用大大增加了运营成本。本文从对净化空调系统的节能角度出发,分别从优化空气处理器设计、减少冷热源能耗损失、加强系统控制自动化等方面,提出了节能设计措施。
The promulgation of the new GMP put forward higher requirements on the production and processing environment of the pharmaceutical factory, in which the use of the clean air-conditioning system plays an important role in preventing cross-contamination and drug contamination. At the same time, the use of decontamination air conditioning systems has significantly increased operating costs. In this paper, the energy-saving design measures are put forward from the perspective of energy-saving of the air-conditioning system, respectively, from the aspects of optimizing the design of the air-conditioner, reducing the energy loss of the heat source and cooling, and strengthening the automation of the system.
