目的:进行偏痛宁片与治偏痛颗粒的药效学对比研究,为偏痛宁片的临床应用提供药理学依据。方法:采用硝酸甘油诱发偏头痛和5-羟色胺(5-HT)耗竭剂利血平诱发偏头痛两种动物模型,观察偏痛宁片的药理作用,并与原剂型治偏痛颗粒进行疗效比较。结果:治偏痛颗粒和偏痛宁片对两种偏头痛动物模型均有良好治疗作用,可明显提高造模动物脑组织中的5-HT含量,减轻偏头痛症状,提高小鼠的痛阈。结论:在相近生药剂量下偏痛宁片作用强于治偏痛颗粒,提示改变处方比例和提取工艺后,药效更加明显。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacodynamics of Xiantongning Tablets and Zhibiai Granules, and to provide pharmacological basis for the clinical application of Parthenining Tablets. METHODS: Two animal models of migraine induced by nitroglycerin and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) depleting agent reserpine-induced migraine were used to observe the pharmacological effects of Xiantongning tablet and compare the curative effect with that of the original formulation. . RESULTS: Zhibiaishing Granules and Xiantongning Tablet had a good therapeutic effect on the two migraine animal models, which could significantly increase the content of 5-HT in the brain tissue of model animals, reduce migraine symptoms, and increase the pain threshold in mice. . Conclusion: The effect of Bitongning Tablets is stronger than that of Zhibai Granules in similar doses, suggesting that after changing the prescription ratio and extraction process, the efficacy is more obvious.
