目的了解河南省某长输管道运营企业职业病危害作业人员的健康状况及变化趋势,针对检查结果中存在的问题,提出建议,采取合理的干预措施。方法对2012—2014年河南省某长输管道运营企业职工职业健康检查结果进行总结和分析。结果该企业在职员工中,血压、尿常规、血常规、肝功能、心电图、腹部彩超、X线胸片、耳鼻喉常规、电测听等项目出现异常。其中肝功能、心电图异常检出率呈显著上升趋势(P<0.01),X线胸片、耳鼻喉、电测听异常检出率呈显著下降趋势(P<0.01)。结论该企业职工健康存在一定问题。应提倡健康饮食、适量运动的生活方式,加强健康教育、员工职业健康监护工作和劳动中的防护与管理工作,重视员工个人防护用品的使用,提高员工自我保护意识,达到预防、控制和消除职业病危害,防止职业病,保护劳动者健康及相关权益的目的。
Objective To understand the health status and trends of occupational hazards in a long-distance pipeline operator in Henan Province. In view of the existing problems in the inspection results, suggestions and reasonable intervention measures were taken. Methods The results of occupational health examination of workers in a long-distance pipeline enterprise in Henan Province from 2012 to 2014 were summarized and analyzed. Results The employees of the enterprise had abnormal blood pressure, urine routine, blood routine, liver function, electrocardiogram, abdominal ultrasonography, X-ray, routine ENT, electrical audiometry and so on. Among them, the detection rate of abnormal liver function and electrocardiogram showed a significant increase (P <0.01). The detection rate of X-ray, ENT and electric audiometry showed a significant decrease (P <0.01). Conclusion There are some problems with the health of the workers in this enterprise. We should promote a healthy diet and moderate exercise lifestyle, strengthen health education, employee occupational health monitoring and work protection and management, attach importance to the use of personal protective equipment for employees, and raise employees’ self-protection awareness so as to prevent, control and eliminate occupational diseases Harm, prevent occupational diseases, protect workers’ health and related rights and interests.
