本文针对一台低速轴流单转子压气机,结合轴向倾斜缝与周向槽机匣处理扩稳机理,设计了轴向缝周向槽新型组合式机匣处理,通过实验研究和数值模拟的方法验证比较了前缝后槽式机匣处理相比于全槽、全缝及光壁机匣的扩稳效果。研究结果表明前缝后槽式机匣处理的扩稳效果与峰值效率损失均介于全槽与全缝机匣处理之间,即扩稳效果高于全槽机匣的7%,峰值效率高于全缝机匣1%。这说明该设计在一定意义上是一种有效的新型扩稳方式。
In this paper, a low-speed axial-flow single-rotor compressor, combined with the axial tilting slot and circumferential groove casing expansion mechanism, the design of the axial joint slot circumferential groove new combined casing treatment, through experimental research and numerical simulation The method verifies and compares the stabilizing effect of the front slot and rear slot casings compared with the full slot, full slot and light wall casings. The results show that both the stability expansion efficiency and the peak efficiency loss of the front slotted slotted casings are between full slot and full slot casings, that is, the stabilizing effect is higher than that of the full slot casings, and the peak efficiency is high 1% of the whole machine casing.
