研究具有铁路特色的健康教育模式关系到铁路能否开展健康教育规范化、系统化管理，形成自己独特健康教育管理体系的问题。经两年多的可行性研究结果显示，模式设计基本实现了目标。样本单位组织机构建设，综合考评指标，健教资料班组覆盖率等结果令人满意。认为模式的总体思路与铁路特点相吻合，与地方社区模式相类同，具有实用性和可操作性。建议根据有关精神，对其方法、内容、标准等加以充实与完善后向全路推广。以此填补铁路基层健康教育缺乏系统管理和可行性标准的空白。
Studying the health education model with railway characteristics is related to whether the railway can carry out the standardized and systematical management of health education and form its own unique health education management system. After more than two years of feasibility study results show that pattern design basically achieved the goal. The sample unit organization construction, comprehensive evaluation index, health education information team coverage and other results are satisfactory. The general idea of the model is consistent with the characteristics of the railway and similar to the local community model, which is practical and feasible. Suggestions based on the spirit of their methods, content, standards, etc. to be enriched and improved to promote the entire road. In order to fill the railway grassroots health education lack of system management and feasibility of the blank.
