在海洋工程项目管理领域,我国属于较早实践者,通过项目管理来实现管理技术和知识的有机融合和运用。在经济全球化的时代背景下,商业竞争日益激烈,对海洋工程项目管理也提出了新要求。在本文中将以海洋管理工程的特点为出发点,然后对海洋工程的效率提升措施进行探讨,以提升我国的海洋工程项目管理效率。
In the field of marine engineering project management, our country belongs to the earliest practitioner, and through the project management, it realizes the organic integration and application of management technology and knowledge. In the era of economic globalization, the increasingly fierce competition in commerce has also set new demands on the management of offshore engineering projects. In this paper, the characteristics of marine management project will be taken as the starting point, and then the efficiency improvement measures of marine engineering will be discussed in order to improve the management efficiency of marine engineering project in our country.
