辽宁省朝阳市水土流失严重,生态环境较差,导致自然灾害频繁发生。经多年治理,区域生态环境和生产条件有较大改善。但总体来看,仍有水土流失面积1200万亩,占全市总面积的40%。脆弱的生态环境,致使生产条件低下,制约着全市经济和社会发展。如何适应新形势,确保水土保持工作健康、持续发展,探索新时期水土保持工作新思路和新方法,对当前水土保持工作的深入开展具有重要意义。
Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, serious soil erosion, poor ecological environment, leading to frequent natural disasters. After years of governance, the regional ecological environment and production conditions have greatly improved. However, on the whole, there is still an area of 12 million mu of soil and water loss, accounting for 40% of the total area of the city. Fragile ecological environment, resulting in low production conditions, restricting the city’s economic and social development. How to adapt to the new situation, ensure the healthy and sustainable development of soil and water conservation work, and explore new ideas and methods of soil and water conservation in the new period are of great significance to the further development of soil and water conservation.
