参考咨询是图书馆工作的重要组成部分,参考咨询服务质量的高低,不仅取决于具有完善的藏书建设、网络技术和读者服务体系,更取决于参考咨询员业务素质的高低。由于多方面的原因,新疆公共图书馆的参考咨询服务发展比较缓慢,参考咨询员的业务素质也亟待提高。本文以新疆维吾尔自治区图书馆为例,对新疆公共图书馆参考咨询馆员业务素质的现状及发展对策进行初步的探讨。
Reference consulting is an important part of the work of the library. The quality of reference and consultation services depends not only on the complete library construction, network technology and reader service system, but also on the professional quality of reference consultants. Due to many reasons, the reference service of public libraries in Xinjiang is developing slowly, and the professional quality of reference consultants also needs to be improved urgently. This article takes the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Library as an example to discuss the status quo and development countermeasures of the consulting service librarians in Xinjiang Public Library.
